The Windsor Team competed in the Annual Flagler Beach Chili Cook-Off on November 6th. Caribbean was the theme for The Windsor's Cook-Off and the pirates of The Windsor Team served up a unique Caribbean Chili. Although, first place was not taken by us, many new friends were made and much fun was had by all.
