The Windsor of Palm Coast held their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the Information Office on September 25, 2009. What a grand event it was! We had several City and County Commissioners attend our event. One of our speakers at the Ribbon Cutting was Mayor Jon Netts. Over 60 guests mingled and enjoyed delicious hors d'oeurves, and a wonderful display of desserts all prepared by Savory and Sweets from Palm Coast. This event opened new doors and opportunities for those in the Palm Coast Community who are seeking a specialized Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.
